Ilfracombe has a thriving 'rackets' community, many of whom play several racket sports. Below is a directory of racket communities linked to Ilfracombe:

Badminton - as well as ourselves, there is a group, typically teachers & sixth form members, who meet on Fridays at 3.30pm at the same location. There is also a Monday night drop-in session at NDLC, as well as the Tuesday night coaching sessions at NDC, both in Barnstaple.

Squash - Barnstaple Squash Club - has several Ilfracombe players. Additionally courts at Woolacombe & Chivenor are used by Ilfracombe players.

Table Tennis - Ilfracombe Table Tennis Club - has it's own premises at Crammer Hall, Fore Street, & a thriving Junior membership.

Tennis - Ilfracombe Tennis Club - based at Bicclescombe Park with 7 courts available.

Racketlon - currently Gary Tovey is playing Racketlon events on the UK & World Tours. Other multi-rackets players have expressed an interest.
