I think the structure that Diane has proposed is very good. Users have needs that harken back to the overall attributes, but this organization allows for better stories that we can all relate to!

I will move the original categories into a subfolder for reference, but I'd like to focus on this new structure.

Jay, Diane - we are getting started on a project for our trustees. This will actually require us to develop online apps for wireless devices like the Blackberry, Treo and iPhone. Should we add Trustees as a constituency?
