Unfortunatly Pakistan happens to be from the group of nations which belongs to the first group. Every now and thing global dictators will implement a new design to undermine the effectiveness of Pakistan as respectable member of global communicaty. One after other infinite continuety of intellegently engineered games are implemented to send the nation two step back when takes a step forword. It is not very difficult to judge which forces are behind these grand deif signes to fail the state of Pakisatn. But difficult thing is how they do that. Since th existence of Pakistan and partition of occupied India, India has never accepted Pakistan as independent sovern state and had always voilated every ethic of a peacesfull naboughbor in glogal world not only with Pakistan but ever bordering country of it. India has been fought wars almost most ever sizable country to which it has boaders. Pakistan has been a special case for India. That is why India had declared Pakistan (Most Favorit Nation) MFN. Becouse India is eying on Pakisatn to accomplish it design of greater India. After Pakistan and India becoming the nuclear-armed states things have changed a little bit. Bay be India is not being able to muster-up enough courage to planning miss advantuer. But on the other hand India is also an nuclear-power in the field of IT. Words most complicated softwares are developed by Indian firms. And not in the age of media. Internet and communication highways IT plays an important role. Un-fortunatly Pakistan has negleted the importance of and communcation and if some governet in Pakistan has realized the importance of IT, the focus was limited to the increasing the No. of people who can chat on the internet. IT is not the area where India is far ahead of Pakistan. India has also have it own satellite system which it is using for intellgence purposes. And Pakistan being MFN deserves most of its intelligence sattellite blessings. The IT, sattellite, communication system and MFN combined is very deadly combination. And sadly so this combination is being used against Pakistan. India PM in latest meeting with it Pakistani counterpart expressed the need of (Confidence Building Measures) CBMs. If diverting Pakistan's part of water to-wards Indian ares is a CBM then we should translate CBMs as Capacity Building Measures . And what sort of capasity India want to build doses not need any explaination. This capacity is do maximum damage to Pakistan using unconventional methods and unconventional technology which does not include nuclear power. Pakistani think tanks must developed a strategy to cope with this danger as soon as possible. And check CBMs which are directed to the national security. And as the title of the article is some time “Best way is No way”. No to any CBMs unless a CBM is really worth building confidence. |
