Considering the interest of PGP12 (1st year) students in entrepreneurship, Entrepreneurship Cell (E-Cell) of Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode (IIMK) is organizing a “Start-up Fair” on 4th & 5th of October, 2008. The main objective of this 2-day event is to provide an opportunity for start-ups to visit the campus, interact and select interested candidates for summer internship. It provides a platform for the 1st year PGP students to work in a new/young business as part of their summer internship. It would also provide them an all round business exposure and a great learning experience. The selected students provide practical/feasible solutions to real time problems/situations in the organization. It is also a good means for networking for budding entrepreneurs.
