Accepto sotmetrem al reglament de la ISAF, a les regles de classe, al anunci de regates i a les Instruccions de regata y accepto les penalitzacions d’aquestes regles així com qualsevol altre acció que pugui realitzar-se, d’acord amb les apel·lacions i procediments de revisió contemplats, com la determinació final de qualsevol assumpte derivat d’aquestes regles, y accepto no dirigir-me a cap tribunal no reconegut amb motiu de l’esmentada determinació
Accepto que sota la REGLA FONAMENTAL 4 de la ISAF, es de la meva exclusiva responsabilitat decidir si participo en una prova o continuo en regata y accepto no dirigir-me a cap tribunal amb motiu de l’esmentada decisió i de les seves conseqüències.
I agree to be governed by the racing rules of the ISAF, by the class rules, by the notice of Race and the Sailing instructions, and I accept the penalities assesed under these rules and such other actions as may be taken, subject to such appeal and review procedures as are provided harein, as the final determination of any matter arising under these rules, and agree not to report to any court or tribunal not provided herein with respect to such determination.
I accepted under ISAF FUNDAMENTAL RULE 4, part1, is is my solely responsability to decide whether or not to start or to continue to race,and I agree not to repor to any court or tribunal with respect to such decision and its consequences.
