Included minor bug fixes and changes and a port to VTK 5.4. This update mostly affects the ART extension.

This version includes a port to VTK 5.2 and a thoroughly revised MultiView extension. Small changes include: measuring box now always follows the camera focal point; moving marker captions is improved. Some minor bug fixes in displaying overlays and moving windows together are fixed too.

Added a main menu option to fix visual artifacts that sometimes appear in displaying surfaces and particles with antialiasing; this is a work-around for a VTK bug.
