2010 Experimental Learning on Sustainable Management, Economics and Industrial EngineeringSustainability is now a major point in most countries and companies agendas; managers and industrial engineers now have to know, understand and being able to compete on it. Business success depends on the ability of organizations and people to learn how to leverage on sustainability. They have to consider as well as optimize it in an holistic way, during all the lifecycle of the products and through all the enterprises’ processes. Teaching Sustainability to practitioners, post-graduate and master students in an efficient and effective way is a new research topic. It can greatly benefit from educational games, simulations and other experiential learning methods that offer new ways for learning through simulated experience.
