The Social Event this year will be held at the American Jazz Museum (www.americanjazzmuseum.org) located at 18th and Vine.  You will have the opportunity to tour the museum and its neighbor the National Negro Baseball Hall of Fame before enjoying some of Kansas City's famous barbecue.  Cap off the evening with a visit to the historic Blue Room for a session or two of that famous Kansas City jazz.

Bus transportation between the hotel and the American Jazz Museum is available starting at 5:30 p.m. with the last bus departing the museum at 10:00 p.m.
