Passing the BatonJim Ray has been responsible for Membership Development, Editing this newsletter, Treasurer, Helping members submit for Fellow, and general pinch hitter for odds and ends in the Section. "Enough is Enough" cried his wife, two boys, dog, two cats, and aquarium of fish. "What about us!". So Jim is turning over a few of his IEEE responsibilities including Membership Development to Laura Faulconer and the editing of the newsletter to yours truly, John Baker.
I hope you like the web based format of the newsletter. If you can think of any improvements to the format or content please let me know.
