We Need your Ideas!

Hey there IDEAS people, remember to come up with interesting additions for our website. Any events, tasks, or missions can be put on this site. Not to mention designs, additional links, and pictures to help us spice this thing up a little bit.

IDEAS AGM

IDEAS - International Development Education and Awareness Society

This term we have changed the meeting time and place for IDEAS. We will now be meeting Tuesday's at 5:30 in the Fireplace lounge at the back of the McCain building. This may change in the coming weeks, so we'll keep you posted on that.

The IDEAS AGM is March 25, 2010 From 6:00pm - 7:30pm. It will be in room 303 of the Student Union Building.

At the AGM there will be FREE PIZZA and Redbull to recharge your batteries! Also we will be taking care of some very important administrative issues for next September. There will be elections held for executive positions and other opportunities to get involved.

Barb Stegemann and the Development Fair went splendidly thanks to your support, thank you to everyone who came out, and of course our amazing guests.

This concludes the major events IDEAS is hosting for the current term, and it also means I am soon to be finished with my position as website manager. I'll admit this site has been an experiment for IDEAS with mixed results, it can be challenging to decide what content belongs on the web - this sometimes leads to neglect or other issues.

However, I will say that it has been fun and exciting tinkering with various web tools to try to spread what IDEAS is up too. I hope that if the website is continued that the next website manager is more vigilant with getting content up quickly and spreading it more using social media.

Thank you for contributing to IDEAS, it's been one of my best years at Dalhousie/King's.
