Meetings

The State Board will determine the time and location of all meetings

If a majority of the active men's clubs are in attendance to a meeting then a quorum is reached.  Otherwise a faxed or email vote from each club will determine the majority for all votes.

The State Chairmen will make up the agenda for the meetings and every member of the community is able to contribute if they forward a written request prior to any meeting.

Amendments

As times change so will this document.  A full majority must be reached in implementing these rules and policies and to make any additional changes.

Dues

The previous head tax still applies.  This is $10 per every registered USAG Men's Gymnast due by the end of December at the beginning of every competition season.  A late fee of $10 will be assessed for every club for every month that this payment has not been received.

Assignment of Judges

The judges director and the state Chairmen will work together in assigning judges to all Idaho held meets. This will be completed on receipt of all the clubs schedules or no later than one month prior to competition.

On completion of assignments the Board will send each club their list of judges with contact information no later than two weeks prior to competition.  Each club will be responsible for the travel and lodging expenses for each judge assigned.

The judges director will turn in one expense report to the meet host before awards of the last session.  One check will be written to the state for each meet.

Clubs cancelling meets or sessions 10 days prior to competition will be charged $10 for each judge assigned
