Implant Team Overview
iConfiDent
promotes a team approach to implant procedures. In order to support all members of the team we have loosely
defined the responsibilities of each professional involved to allow for an easy
and efficient system to help grow your implant practice. Once everyone understands their role
and what they are suppose to do, the entire process will become more efficient,
production growth of implant cases will increase, and best patient care will
best be achieved.
We
recommend the specialist/implant coordinator bring all of the restorative
dentists, assistants, dental labs and implant reps together to define the role
and the accountability each person takes during the implant procedure, this
will streamline the process and improve the efficiency of the treatment team.
We recommend a meeting with your group and explain how this process plays out.
