A successful foundation to start working in iConfiDent- Enter the patient cases you have received from your top referrals into iConfiDent
- Start with cases that are in the "healing" phase. These are the cases that the restoring doctor will be working on the soonest
- Once you are comfortable with the application THEN Invite and Share cases with others. (It is best that the person receiving a case logs in and sees a case to work on instead of inviting the restoring doctor and not sharing any cases and they see nothing to work on)
- Start adding the other patient cases that are have accepted treatment to move forward with the implant procedure and that you have met for consultation
For restoring doctors that don't want to get on the Internet here are a few good solutions - Print out either the Implant Report or Case Overview (convert to pdf) - Fax or mail it to you restoring doctor. Over time they will realize that all the information they need is available online and free for them to interact with.
Manage Orders- Make it incredibly easy for your restoring doctors - Select the components that they are going to need in the Implant Wizard. Click on manage orders, select the parts needed, click create order and print. It's that easy. Hand them the order of restorative parts needed and let them order the parts.
