When you arrive at St Anne's College lodge off Woodstock Road, please ask the porters if they can direct you to the ICHLL5 conference in the Ruth Deech building foyer.

If you are arriving in Oxford on the day of the conference, the porters can store your luggage.

For those that arrive early, registration is open on Tuesday from 15.00 to 18.30. You will also be able to sign in on Wednesday morning at 08.00 and each day thereafter.

If you are using PowerPoint (or other computer-based technology), it is recommended that you upload your presentation to the conference laptops well in advance. The conference doors open at 08.00 on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday to allow morning speakers time to test their presentations.
