490 US dollars. The fee includes conference attendance, lunch and coffee for the duration, and one CD copy of the conference proceedings. There is a reduced fee of 320 US dollars for full-time registered postgraduate students, who should scan and email offical confirmation of their status to students@icbme.com by 8th June 2012.
