Introduction

We At ICAC are a decentralized string of clan-members upon clan-members, Based on a government commission in Hong Kong.

We at ICAC value:

• Openness (Available for anyone to join as long as you have proper ethics)
• Diversity (Acquiring Members of different perspectives, you can keep your other clans!)
• Democracy (Voting systems and freedom of speech)
• Equality  (Fairness among any skill, modesty)
• Having Fun  (What matters in a computer game)

We uphold justice to support the ideals of the organization we are based upon.

Origin

This clan is based on the Independent Commission Against Corruption in Hong Kong.  It is a government organization whose task is to investigate incidents of corruption amongst people such as government officials, police officers and business entrepreuneurs.

We will take upon this doctrine to ensure justice is served and corruption is gone.

The clan has existed since 2001, and been through much.

Open Door Policy

We have a policy that help allows everyone to enter our clan provided that they do not violate our rules.

What We Do

At ICAC we like to play together, or sometimes against each other.  The point is that playing in a group is more fun. 

We also learn a lot while funtioning as a clan because we have to rely on each other's expertise.  There are trainers in the clan who can teach you to play CS or scrim.  There are artists who can make you ID tags and sprays.  Admins and modders and mappers who can help you and offer you fun stuff.

We function as a community, we have specialization, the seniors will help the juniors.  We want to learn, experience and have fun.

Promotion

Promotion to authority is dependent on behavior, experience and tenure.  Skill is rewarded on the competitive teams.  This way we ensure those of merit run the clan and those who are skilled are winning for us.  Experience is key to understanding the function in the clan and hence furthering the efforts of the clan when one has achieved authority.
