We, the McKinley family, are independent Baptist, church-planters in Ireland.

My training has consisted of four years of Bible College, as well as of four years of training and working under pastors. We had the privilege of receiving further training from May 2000 thru August 2002, when we did a two-year internship in Ireland under Missionary Richard Fulton. We returned to Ireland in July of 2005 to start a new church in Mullingar, Co. Westmeath(Good News Baptist Church). We have seen the Lord build this church to an average attendance of 30 to 40 each week. We have seen 59 people saved and 26 baptized within the last 6 years.

I would say, without a doubt, that the most important thing we have learned is dependence upon the indwelling Holy Spirit of God in all areas of our personal lives and ministry. Without His wisdom, power, and direction in and through our lives, we would be of no value to God, or the people of Ireland.
