Wherever Dioxin is present, whether it be intended for harm or not, there is much likelihood that something can go horribley wrong.  Agent Orange is a chemical compound that has been under much scrutiny for a long time.  Ever since its uses were discovered there has been much study in how to use it for beneficial purposes.  In this process, a lot of things have been overlooked such as  health issues and environmental issues.  It is most commonly know for its use in Vietnam but other incidents of exposure are also overlooked.  Yet, over time there has come about more and more understading as to what exactly Agent Orange does to the enviroment and people.
