Attendance:
You are expected to be at every rehearsal and performance.
Each unexcused absence will lower your grade half a letter grade.
Missing a concert or repeatedly missing rehearsals will be cause for dismissal/failure.
If you are sick but attending any of your classes, you are expected to come to rehearsal. You will be expected to attend rehearsal to get phrasing, rehearse memory, etc. If you have sudden and fever and cough, go home/to your room!

Participation:
Detracting from rehearsal through attitude or behavior will lower your grade.
Knowing repertoire well before concert dates will raise your grade.

Band Specific:
Practice:
100 minutes of practice time due every Monday at Chapel, regardless of A or B week.
To get 10/10 for practice time, you must have 100 minutes signed off by parent/dean/teacher.
80-99 minutes = 8-9
60-89 minutes = 6-7
40-59 minutes = 4-5
20-39 minutes = 2-3
00-19 minutes = 0-1
 
A slip can be turned in with or without a signature.
All point totals reduced by 15% if the slip is not signed by a parent/dean/teacher.
