The geographical jurisdiction of District 65 includes the State of New York except the counties of Bronx, Dutchess, Kings, Nassau, New York, Orange, Putnam Queens, Richmond, Rockland, Suffolk, Sullivan, Ulster and Westchester. Also included are the Pennsylvania counties of Potter, Warren, McKean, Bradford, Tioga, Eastern Erie and Cameron, as well as the States of Maine, Vermont and New Hampshire. Railroad and Airline Local Lodges are excluded.
