A great training conference!  All IAMUN members either work at the conference or

attend as a delegate. $10 for registration & food.

 

___ Canadian-American Security Councils (CASC), @Toledo, Ohio: Fri-Sat., Dec. 5-6, 2008

            This is a great conference as all delegates are members of security councils that have

            12-15 members each.  Plus it’s close & cheap (approx. $80 plus food) & there’s game night!

 

___ U. of Michigan Model UN Conference (UMMUN), @ Ann Arbor, Thurs.-Sun., Jan 15-18, 2009

            A well-run, competitive conference. It’s in the Michigan Union, & there’s a dance/movie night.  

It’s MLK weekend this year, so you get Monday off! (Cost: approx. $180, plus food).

 

___ North American Invitational Model UN Conference (NAIMUN), @ Washington, DC,

Feb. 11-15, 2009

We have been invited to attend this well-regarded conference in the nation’s capital. We will also fit in some sightseeing and fun activities.  (Cost: approx. $500-700, plus spending money)
