Useful Features for IT Admins

  • Receive voicemail notifications in email / SMS (single click to listen)
  • Begin recording mid-call (access recording via web)
  • QuickRules (e.g. send all calls to voicemail temporarily)
  • Easy to administratively block callers (e.g. overeager sales reps)
  • Mobile access to Grand Central interface (make changes from the field)

Present Disadvantages
  • Not accepting invites!
  • Caller ID is cumbersome (e.g. maintaining contacts,  caller hanging up before you can ID them)
