The more I watch, the more I think that the missing link between P3 and PTS is the past.
Maybe something happened 10 years ago with Kirijo Group(Marebito, drug), Mitsuru(girl in red) and Akihiko(phone man)?

So maybe Igor met Shin 10 years ago?

Foundation for a brigde? Or a monorail like in P3?

Its like the girl in red is a shinigami.
Maybe she only gives whale feathers to those with their Persona pulled out?
Then come for them when they are about to die?
And the "interested" look the girl in red has at Shin..

Did the Kanzato parents receive the whale feather too therefore drawing that last art book?
