1-3:
Looks like the events of manga chapter 2.
They call the fallen SM ship "Mighty Ara" or something.
4:
A crew discussion scene
5-6:
Harkan goes to the capital of Lost Harencia.
John tells Harken to go to investigate the mysterious material "Mirutokairu stone" that appeared at the super big battleship "Shurafant Selest". (John calls Kaguya "cowgirl")
7-9:
"Shurafant Selest", there is a transfer device in it that transfer materials from other worlds to here. (Ashen seem to be saying foreign materials often appear there. The device "spits" them out.) The crystaline material, "Mirutokairu stone" for what reason it appears here?(Harken says theres talk that the stone has been appearing at other worlds too.) They decide to go to Kagura Amahara to ask. Going across the area of the transfer device. Lots of parts strewn around.

10-11:
After the invetigation at Shurafant Selest, the group heads to Kagura Amahara to the Nanbu family's Taketorijo. Talking with Kaguya's father. (Possibly about Phantom as Harken is thinking "The black ghost...should be Phantom. Seems like it really can freely travel via the Crossgate.")
12-15:
Towards the home ground of the Shikioni. In the fort, Shikioni princess Suzuka hime and the fort chief Shuten are in heated arguement. Shuten left and Suzuka went with Kaguya as she was to look after her. Deeper inside there are Mirutokairu stone in front of a door. (2nd line of 14 can't really red, some relation of Koma with Shuten) Koma was found there. Battle with Koma, familar monsters accompany her.
[How Suzuka come into the party? Hmm.. Koma with Einst? Those are Einst, right?]
