| Jungian therapy.. Hypnotherapist and psychotherapist Sinead Spearing combines Jungian psychotherapy with techniques of creativity, active imagination and hypnosis to explore your own inner resources. You may be experiencing anxiety, depression, fear, apathy or a general feeling that life has lost its meaning. The world can sometimes seem so overwhelming and ourselves so lost and insignificant that a rebalancing is required to develop a new understanding of who we are and what we can achieve. It is not necessary to dwell upon the negativities of the past at length but rather, to understand our relationship with the present and how we sometimes find oursleves living in a vicious cycle of resentment for past hurts and fear for the future. When we can find meaning in the present, healing can occur across our whole life experience providing a new sense of wholeness, happiness and purpose! Sinead is an expert regarding unconscious processes and her first academic research paper 'Unconscious agency in the psychosocial subject' is due for publication this year. Sinead is a member of: The British Psychological Society The British Hypnotherapy Association The Royal Institute of philosophy Mensa
