This is a program i made some time back. It will try and fix stuck/dead pixels on your LCD monitor. The chance of success would be about 40-60% if it is run for 24 hours or more. Also, even if you don't have any dead pixels it is still a good practice to run it every so often. This way you will keep you monitor "fit" and decrease the chance of pixels dying on you.
