Welcome old and new writers. In order to improve efficiency, we'd like all writers to fill out this writer's survey for the new year, then send it to hwsoundoff@gmail.com with the subject line of "Writer Survey- (Your name)."   

If you are a new writer please make the subject line "New Writer-(Your Name)."

Remember if you do not fill out the survey, we have no way of knowing how long you'd like to write an article, or how often you'd like the articles to be assigned.
