Born March 7, 1990 in Joliet, Illinois, Alissa became the youngest of three siblings. along the way Scout the dog become part of the family, as well as Jasmine the calico cat and Tiny the fat dog-wannabe cat.

In June 2004, Alissa and family moved out to Texas, where she now resides after graduating junior high school in 2004. She currently attends community college and has been elected secretary of her community college's chapter of Phi Theta Kappa.
