Irish dance is a group of traditional dance forms originating in Ireland which can broadly be divided into social dance and performance dances. Popularised in 1994 by the world-famous "Riverdance", Irish dancing is notable for its rapid leg movements and is an excellent and enjoyable form of exercise.

This class caters for adults and children from the age of 4.
