Welcome to our Website!

Washington County is a great place to live, but it takes a village to keep it that way. We understand that ensuring human rights for all, in our community and in the world, is an ongoing mission.

In recent years, Washington County has seen unprecedented growth and change, both in population and diversity. The HRC was established in 2006 to promote respect and dignity of all by supporting a community where every person is valued, and equal rights and diversity are embraced.
