I am an Associate Professor at the Department of Economics, University of Southern Denmark. I am a behavioral economist who uses experiments, game theory, computational models, and empirical analysis to understand human and organizational behaviors. Recurring themes in my research include social preferences, social dilemmas, coordination problems, human and organizational learning, and risky decision-making.
