Great news! The problem with the venue for Pilates/Tai chi has now been resolved. We will be at Stamford Hill Library until the problems at CLR James Dalston have been resolved. Pilates Mondays 2.00pm- 3.10pm These will be the times for every Monday (except Bank Holidays - library closed). However, only on the 2nd Monday each month the session will start slightly earlier at 1:30pm. Requirements Pilates includes standing, sitting and lying postures. So members need to bring a yoga mat (or if unsure whether this is the class for you, a blanket) and also a yoga block (or a book about 1" thick ) If you have health problems and are worried as to whether you should do this kind of exercise, it would be best to consult your doctor. |
