Place:    Primrose Square near Well Street in E9.

We have recently obtained a piece of land to use for a U3A gardening group. It is located at Primrose Square near Well Street in E9. Formerly the garden was attached to a day care centre. The centre was closed and the building is now used as offices for the City and Hackney Mental Health Trust. The garden is large, sunny and unused and the manager of the centre has offered it to us as a growing space. We can have access from Monday to Friday between 8:30am and 6pm. We can use the land for any growing project: vegetables, fruit and/or plants and flowers. 

If you are interested in having a small plot to raise your own vegetables, if you are interested in tending the flower section of the well established garden, planting your own flowers or helping in the vegetable plots already established please come along and join us.
