Venue:  Meets Marianne's or Richard's house, or sometimes at the Rio Cinema

This informal group aims to practise French conversation centring on a French film (with English subtitles!).

It meets irregularly owing to the problems of organising both venue and film.  Numbers may need to be limited owing to lack of suitable space for film showing.

Message from Marianne: As the film is shown in a sitting room with limited space it would be appreciated if those new to the group who decide to come when they see it posted on the internet would contact Marianne or Richard so that we can have some idea of the numbers on the night.  Our future dates are normally decided when we meet, with a view to choosing nights that are convenient to the majority.
