The HssOTeam at the Max Planck Institute for Solar System Research is pleased to welcome you to our institute and to Lindau for the HssO Team Meeting on December 11 and 12, 2008.

General Announcement:

Dear HssO team member,

the HssO  team meeting  will be held at the Max-Planck-Institut für Sonnensystemforschung, in Katlenburg-Lindau, Germany,  on December 11-12, 2008 in the seminar room Dieminger. HssO is a  Guaranteed Time Key Programme (GT KP) with the Herschel Space Observatory titled "Water and Related Chemistry in the Solar System", also known as Herschel Solar System Observations (HssO) project.
 

In order to organize the Team meeting, please register in the "Participants" link as soon as possible. Contributed talks about individual science preparations are solicited, please e-mail hartogh@mps.mpg.de with the title of your presentation. An agenda of the meeting will be issued later. 

We remind you to make your room and travel reservations.

At the main entrance please inform the reception staff members that you attend the HssO team meeting (your primary contact person is Paul Hartogh) during 8:00  a.m. and 4:25 p.m. weekdays.  After hours and weekend access is possible only when in possession of a security card.
 
There is a canteen in the institute where you can get breakfast (if the hotel does not provide one) and/or lunch. Breakfast, sandwiches and rolls are obtainable from 9:00 - 10:00 a.m. and lunches from 12:00 - 12:45. The daily lunch menu appears on the notice board next to the so-called Schwarzes Brett at the entrance to the institute. Tickets for these meals are available at the reception before 10:30 a.m. The meals can be collected in the canteen from 12:00 onwards and you pay when you collect. The cost is around € 2,50 to € 4.
