Early registation is encouraged so there are enough catechists and adequate facilities to ensure your student has a faith filled and positive learning experience.
As we prepare to end another year of our formal Faith Formation classes, it is time to pre-register for the program(s) you are wish to participate in. Classes are filling up so register early to insure you get the class you want. We ask every family participating in our programs to register each year in order to update and verify the information on hand in the Faith Formation office.
To Register for Faith Formation:
1) Print the Registration form (only one family registration form needed) that is attached at the bottom of this web page.
2) Sign and return to Faith Formation Office. Pay by Cash, Check, or Credit Card.
3) Be ready to start another exciting year of Faith Formation in September 2011!
Registration Fee Schedule
The cost for the Faith Formation program will cover student textbooks, instructional supplies, insurance, catechist formation, and other related activities for one school year. Please contact the Faith Formation Office if your family needs financial assistance. Below is the registration fee:
