Cornell -Ithaca trips

Sponsored by Cornell Club of Washington for the three-state D.C. region

Goldwyn Smith, a building where  humanities' classes are held. This includes a nifty coffee shop, Temple of Zeus.

It's typical to walk across gorges on the way to classes.

In Winter, you can  ski to class! Very few schools have the option  where you enjoy the outdoors just before class

Excited about Cornell? The technical paper from the October 2009 trip is posted. (Past Reports,  below).

Welcome! The  Cornell Campus trips sponsored by the Cornell Club are a valuable way to weigh your future university plans.  And the trips are organized to share different sides of university life, the dormitory living, the classroom setting,  and the overall campus amenities.

This Cornell group is the only one ( in the world) that collects statistics of prospective applicants -- asking, "Who Applies to Cornell?"  And the results come direct from students who have taken the trip,  so their comments and insights are instrumental if you are curious about the university.

By late Summer 2010, the next campus visit is being planned; details will be posted early fall. (Note:  since space is limited, early registration is suggested;  we look forward to seeing you). Ms. Grace Morgenstein (gmm11@cornell.edu) is the coordinator. (301) 983.8552  For questions on the technical papers, "Who Applies to Cornell?"  contact:  hks2@cornell.edu
