The Council of Acting Editors-in-Chief:
(The Council is prepared as the temporal body of unanimous decision in the possible case of physical inactivity of Editor-in-Chief and is to be activated by the announcement of Editor-in-Chief only with limited term of days in service.) The Council of Acting Editors-in-Chief should be temporarily vested with the restricted power on behalf of the Editor-in-Chief only in his case of physical inactivity, to manage the edition of the Journal under its unanimous consensus and decision with more than half, thus 8, of support of the other 15 associate editors regarding just the below limited operations under the supervision of the IGI Global Editorial Staff, after the declaration by the Editor-in-Chief or his attorney-by-law, within 21 days at the longest:
(1) Circulation of Call for Papers; (2) Receipt and Acknowledgment of Submission; (3) Allocation of Review Burden among the Reviewers; (4) Check and Request for Revise of Manuscripts; (5) Decision of Final and Conditional Acceptance; And (6) Correspondence with IGI Global only on the above 1 to 5 issues.
