Review Policy: All article submissions will be forwarded to at least 3 members of the Review Board of the Journal for double-blind, peer review. Some papers are applied into two-step review process: That two-step review process consists of its interim and final review steps: The interim review step means that a review process on a submitted paper has not been closed or reached any final conclusion on its acceptance or rejection with chance to be improved before its final judgment; And, The final review step means a terminal judgment on that submitted paper. However, the Editor(s)-in-Chief would not forward but reject the submitted papers of obvisouly inapropriate quality or topic in the IJOCI to the peer review process (We do not welcome, for example, case studies without any substantial experiments). Sample of Review Sheet Best Paper Award: The annual best paper award is selected from all the articles accepted and published in both the regular and special issues of the Journal. The nomination of the best paper award is to be announced on this site and also in an editorial note of its certain regular issue. We have no plan to issue a certificate to acknowledge best paper awards, currently. Selection Process
