We have designed and run leadership programmes since the early 90s, and we have adapted our approach to meet these new demands. It is our belief that the primary purpose of the leader is to develop an appropriate strategy and then enable the delivery of that strategy through creating an organisation climate which aligns, encourages and motivates employees to optimise their performance.

 

Our consultants have run a broad range of leadership development services, from 1:1 coaching for senior leaders to large scale programmes in both public and private sector organisations. They have run such programmes in the UK, France, USA and Australia. Our feedback from such programmes is exceptionally positive. We have also conducted numerous audits of the organisation climate developed by leaders and provide them with coaching and development aimed at transforming the motivational climate experienced by their people.
