Business Coaching

Coaching  is now big business but it can be difficult to find a good coach, one who can really bring a wealth of experience and capability to the table. As a consequence, many people have opted to become coaches with little in the way of qualifications, training, experience or understanding of business and organisations.

 
At HRPD all of our coaches have been  professionally accredited as coaches and have significant experience of working at senior levels  in business, consulting at Executive and Board level. We have published extensively on the subject of coaching in professional journals and serve on nationally recognised coaching bodies,  and while we have a sound theoretical understanding of coaching principles, we also like to consider ourselves as highly pragmatic and “down to earth.”
 
We are always keen to work with a client organisation to clarify the nature of any coaching contract, in particular  to agree upon matters of coaching confidentiality and to ensure that the coaching process has a clear objective and does not become a consultant dependent relationship.

Our coaching consultants have all been working in executive coaching since the early 90s. In that time they have conducted coaching assignments with a broad range of public and private sector clients in the UK and overseas. In many cases, we work on coaching assignments with corporate teams as part of an effort to transform the culture or leadership style of an organisation.
