Our consultants have been involved in assessment and selection support to clients for more than two decades. This has covered the range of assessment and selection processes, from designing competency models which predict superior performing candidates, through 360 degree assessment and feedback, to development and running of assessment centres, competency based interviewing, assessing and reporting on candidates for selection panels. In the year 2008/9 we have conducted such assessments on more then 100 individuals for both internal appointments and external candidates, covering roles from senior manager up to Chief Executive level.
