Our consultants have been involved in assessment and selection support to clients for more than two decades. This has covered the range of assessment and selection processes, from designing competency models which predict superior performing candidates, through 360 degree assessment and feedback, to development and running of assessment centres, competency based interviewing, assessing and reporting on candidates for selection panels. In the year 2008/9 we have conducted such assessments on more then 100 individuals for both internal appointments and external candidates, covering roles from senior manager up to Chief Executive level. 
 
We conduct assessment and selection services for both public and private sector organisations. Illustrative assignments include: quality assurance for a selection and development centre for a major police service; 360 degree assessment and feedback to Executive team in a large public sector organisation;   conducting  personality and cognitive assessment  for CEO positions,  interviewing and panel reports to inform a major restructuring; training HR directors in competency based selection interviewing, design of web based induction processes.
