About Us

HR Performance & Development was established in 2002 by Dr Douglas Young, PhD, a Chartered Psychologist and Chartered Scientist. Douglas has conducted projects in Europe,  USA and Australia with senior Executives from  private and public sector clients. He has published a number of articles on coaching and organisation development.

HR Performance and Development comprises a number of individuals who all have significant experience of running successful and major HR and OD projects in large blue chip organisations. Most have second degrees, and between us we have published numerous books and articles on organisation development.
 
While we have excellent qualifications and experience, as a group we also have a number of common characteristics:
