The Young Adult Library Services Association (YALSA) has finished tallying the votes, and the results show that Paper Towns by John Green got the most teen nods. Wow -- the run at number 1 for the Twilight Saga is over, with Breaking Dawn placing second. |

Teen Tech Week is here. Come in to the library to check out one of the new computers in the Teen Room (bring a parent for the permission slip if you haven't already). Or come by my desk between 3:00 and 5:30 to record a supportive message for a CD we're compiling to send to the troops in Iraq. Or check out an audiobook from the Teen Room -- yeah, you can do that now!

Summer Reading will be upon us before you know it, and that means it's almost time to sign up to volunteer. If you are coming out of the 7th-12th grades, you can be a Volteen. You can pick up the application in the Children's Area after March 10th. If you want to volunteer, get the application in early; spots may be limited. |

In case you haven't noticed, I've moved the site to Google. It's tons easier to work with, and Google offers more stuff for us to do. Let me know what you think!
