Developmental Norms
 
  • Ages at which an everage child achieves various developmental milestones
  • First, infants begin to roll over. Next, they sit unsupported, crawl, and finally walk.
  • Experience has little effect.

 

6 months: sitting unsupported

8-9 months: crawling

12 months: beginning to walk

15 months: walking independently
