Our two week course combines the knowledge and tools of nutritional therapy and psychology to show you what to do and how to do it.

Tracey Harper - Nutritional Therapist
BSc (Hons) Nutritional Therapy, BANT Registered
 
 
Nutritional therapy is a natural and effective way of optimising health and wellbeing.  Working holistically, nutritional therapy uses dietary and lifestyle changes to help you achieve your health goals whether it be simply healthy eating, weight management, preventing disease or managing a serious condition.  I offer one-to-one consultations as well as working with small groups.  
 
 Katharine Harper - NLP Coach and Therapist
BSc (Hons) Social Psychology, GHR Registered
 
 
Working with individuals and groups using NLP, Time Line TherapyTM, Hypnosis and EFT, my therapy is solution focused and designed for rapid change, helping people make positive changes in their life and work, to become emotionally more healthy, sound more confident and see themselves with a brighter future.
