Being ex-Cotswold folk, we love beams and stone inside the house. So our fireplace contains a wooden lintel from an old Cyprus mine, stone from the quarries of Cyprus and a woodburning stove from Wales. Our beams were saved from the old demolished structure. With a wooden staircase from Scotland and a little more natural internal light, what do we have - a mixture that creates a special Cyprus effect!
Achieved by goodwill, a telephone, a computer and a very large container ship!
A very special thank you to Margaret Simpson of Thomas Mitchell Homes for her continued help and interest.
A big thank you to Irene of IKEA Edinburgh for her much needed help and patience.
