Dear friends, Paul and Leah’s wedding went well despite the heavy rain. Leah looked lovely and radiant, and the boys scrubbed up well. We all enjoyed the day very much. We flew into Alice on Friday, and are now in Elliott (250klms north of Tennant) spending a bit of time with Harold and Kaye talking over a few things before we drive out to Canteen Creek. We have heard unofficially that the council has renewed the lease on our house! So we head back later this week. Thank you for praying! We also hear that ‘church’ has continued at CC while we have been away, so we are encouraged again by that. You may have heard of a Greyhound bus roll-over north of Tennant a few days ago.... A man we have known since childhood was pinned under the bus for some hours and is now in hospital in Adelaide. Please pray for Kenny. Harold’s daughter was also in the bus and although not badly hurt she is suffering some reactions to the accident. Thanks so much for all the messages re the wedding, the assurances of prayer and for those who support us financially. Please continue to pray for men to be added to the church in Canteen Creek, and for the plans that we need to make for the coming year. Harold has already asked when we are coming back, when he can come and visit us, and when there might be a Bible School!
