Vicki Beaumont has called to let us all know about the free screening of the movie "Expelled: No Intelligence Allowed". This is Ben Stein's documentary on intelligent design.

Praise God from Whom all blessings flow! We now have all the promotional material for this film and our book stall will be in the foyer of CMax! Our bookstall will operate all through the film, as people are constantly milling in the foyer. The film times have changed. The following times have been confirmed. Thursday, 22nd October @ 5:50pm. Friday, 23rd October @ 5:50pm. Sunday, 25th October @ 4:30pm. If there is a demand, more sessions may be allocated. Con Dios (that’s how they express their name on the web) Entertainment would encourage anyone attending the movie at CMax to invite an interested friend to accompany them (including paying for their entry ticket). They also recommend group bookings, if possible, as the price per person is then significantly reduced (to something like $8 a head). It should be pointed out to those not familiar with the film that it is not religious in content but rather a documentary and one that was judged the 2008 Documentary of Year in the US. |
