The Hot Power Yoga workout is designed to build and maintain complete strength, flexibility, fitness and health. We offer a challenging sequence combining heat, quick pace and a lot of fun!

Why Heat? 
The increase of the core temperature releases toxins, improves overall flexibility, (fluid-like stretch) and means less chance of injury and even an improved resolution from a previous injury. The heat also enables improved range of motion and increased opportunity for weight loss by burning  fat effectively. This method can develop muscle tone and strengthen the immune system. Perspiration promotes detoxification and elimination through the skin, which is the body's largest eliminating organ.
